Application Process - Apply Today!


2024-2025 School Year
Priority enrollment for current families is now open for the 2024-2025 school year. Open enrollment for new families will begin February 1, 2024.

The Application Process for prospective students includes the following:

1. Inquiry

Are you currently reviewing school options? Submit an Inquiry Form
​
2. Tour and Complete Application
After you submit the inquiry form we will contact you to schedule a tour of our campus and answer any questions you may have. If you have discerned you would like to continue with enrollment, we will send you a link to the application. 

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee.

4. Request/Submit Required Documents
Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:
  • Baptismal Certificate or Blue Baptismal Form
  • IEP/504/Diagnostic Testing Results (if applicable)
  • Most recent Report Card (1st - 8th grade)
  • Two Teacher Recommendation letters and One Administration Recommendation letter.

We strongly encourage you to add any further information that will help us assess this applicant’s candidacy as fairly as possible.  Your general perspective or impression of the student is very helpful in the admission process.  Please feel free to email a separate letter or call the school office to provide additional information.

Admission Policy

3. Recommendations 
Ave Maria requires two Teacher Recommendations and an Administrator Recommendation  from the student’s previous school.  Additionally, a Letter of Recommendation from a Pastor may be required for students applying to 6th grade.

4. Transcripts/Records 
A Release of Records form should be given to the Registrar at your child’s school in order for Ave Maria Catholic School to receive an official copy of your child’s transcript/records.

5. Shadow Date/Assessment
After required documents are submitted, a Shadow Date and an Assessment will be scheduled. 

6. Notification
Upon review of completed files, shadow visit, and assessment, students/parents will be notified if they are invited to register with Ave Maria Catholic School.
