Jonathan Kaiser - Physical Education

What is your background?
I attended high school at Regis Jesuit High School. I graduated from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS where I received my bachelor of arts in Physical Education.
 
How many years have you been teaching?
I have been in education for 6 years, 5 of the last 6 at Good Shepherd Catholic School in Denver.
 
Where are you from?
I am a native from Denver, CO.
 
Tell us about your family?
I have two fur kids, a 17 year old dog named Winnie and a 4 year old cat named Violet.
 
What do you like to do in your free time? 
In my free time I enjoy fishing, cooking, and golfing.
 
What is something people may not know about you? 
I attended Saint Vincent de Paul for grade school and the Assistant Principal while I was in school was Mr. Sickles.
 
Why do you choose to teach at Ave Maria?
I love the faith filled Catholic environment, and the close knit community. The students are so polite, and say "Thank you" after every class, which is awesome!
 
What else are you passionate about?
Besides teaching I am passionate about coaching baseball. I am the head coach at George Washington High School. I enjoy teaching the game of baseball and life lessons to the players there.
